Based on the initial findings, as many as five students from Class XI AK SMK Metta Maitreya have not achieved the specified Minimum Completion Criteria. Based on these findings, this study focused on how Quality Buddhist Religious Education and Character Education Teachers are the Key to Quality Learning in Class XI AK SMK Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru? This research method is qualitative. This study took place from August to October 2025. The study was conducted at SMK Metta Maitreya located on Jalan Tuanku Tambusai, Puri Nangka Sari Complex, Pekanbaru. The required data were collected from Buddhist Religious Education and Character Education teachers in Class XI AK SMK Metta Maitreya. Data collection methods include documentation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that Quality Buddhist Religious Education and Character Education Teachers are the Key to Quality Learning in Class XI AK SMK Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The results of the study support the conclusion that Quality Buddhist Religious Education and Character Education Teachers are the Key to Quality Learning in Class XI AK SMK Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru.
